Moussaoui Trained to Lie

The AP is reporting that prosecutors in the penalty phase of Zacarias Moussaoui's trial for complicity in the 9/11 attacks are arguing that al Qaeda members are given "talking points" to use if they are caught, to try to weasel their way out of responsibility for their misdeeds.

NEWS FLASH: Criminals may now lie to try to duck punishment for their crimes! Always before, the criminals have admitted their guilt and politely requested immediate death by lynch mob.

NEWS FLASH: al Qaeda operatives may be trained even before they commit acts of terror! That training may include not only how to commit the terrorist act, but also what to do if caught!! It's almost like they had a Plan for Victory or something.

If Zacarias Moussaoui is really good at lying, maybe we should hire him to fill in for Scott McClellan at the White House Press Briefings. There are so many lies the American people need to be told about the War on Terror, surely Scottie could use some backup.
