Obviously, they're just itching to register lots of Internet domains, since they post such comprehensive and clear instructions on the process. The third and fourth letters are GQ, which is the top-level domain for eQuatorial Guinea, but other than that, it seems they just felt the need to post something — anything — on their official web site.
