Tom DeLay's Mug

Tom DeLay has been indicted [formally charged with a crime] on charges of money laundering and conspiracy to launder money. The judge assigned to hear the case, Bob Perkins, is a Democrat, and has contributed money to Democratic and Democrat-leaning causes such as MoveOn.org. In seeking to recuse Judge Perkins [ask him to step aside because he might be viewed as biased], DeLay's legal team has claimed that MoveOn is selling t-shirts with DeLay's mug shots on them.
