Jeff Dunham on Comedy Central this weekend

Comedian and master ventriloquist Jeff Dunham has a new special, Jeff Dunham: Arguing with Myself, premièring Saturday on Comedy Central. Jeff Dunham is a funny guy and worth watching, but what you might not know is that his true claim to fame is that he went to the same high school as Lincoln Madison. One of his duties during his senior year was reading the announcements over the P.A. system each morning, including all the math and science trophies that Lincoln won that year. So watch Jeff this weekend (Saturday at 9pm and 11pm, Eastern/Pacific; 8pm and 10pm Central) and shout "Go Eagles! Class of '79!"

Update: Jeff's web site, On a Stick, reports that the Comedy Central special Arguing with Myself is only about half the material that appears on the DVD of the same name. He's also about to launch a new 2007–08 tour, new Comedy Central special, and new DVD, Spark of Insanity.

By the way, Jeff Dunham was in the Richardson High Class of 1979. Lincoln Madison was in the Class of 1981, but they did walk the same halls for one year. Also, if you're looking for a comedian named John Dunham, you probably want Jeff Dunham, the ventriloquist who's been on Comedy Central, The Tonight Show (with both Johnny Carson and Jay Leno), Letterman, etc.
