Cornell University's Legal Information Institute operates a web site, law.cornell.edu, which provides an astonishing wealth of information about all sorts of legal issues — everything from the text of the U.S. Constitution and every single federal law on the books, to previews of Supreme Court cases, to links to comprehensive state resources.
Of course, one of the reasons I mention them is that it is "pledge break" season not just for PBS, but also for the LII. If you are interested in the law, please consider making a donation.
