I missed the Santos–Vinick debate last night on The West Wing, so I was Googling about for some information when I stumbled upon an incredible web site: footnoteTV®. Webmaster Stephen Lee takes the issues presented on shows such as The West Wing, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, The Colbert Réport, Saturday Night Live, and Commander in Chief, plus the occasional South Park or Boston Legal perhaps, and presents [gasp!] the actual factual fact-based facts on the topic. It comes complete with charts and graphs, and — of course! — footnotes.
He also has a website called footnoteFAHRENHEIT, which, as you might guess, is a neutral analysis of the issues and claims made in the film Fahrenheit 9/11.
All I can say is, wow!
